Former Vice President and PDP Presidential candidate in the 2019 presidential election,
Atiku Abubakar, says the video of serving senator Elisha Abbo assaulting a yet-to-be identified lady inside a sex shop in Abuja is ''sad and inexcusable''.
Reacting via his Twitter handle, Atiku advised Abbo who he says he knows personally, to apologise publicly to the lady and also submit himself voluntarily to the police.
