Ben Bruce gives reason why Ministers with NYSC certificates can pass through National Assembly screening without certificates being detected

Following the fresh allegation that Minister of Communication, Adebayo Shittu, did not undergo the one year mandatory NYSC service, a Nigerian went on his comment section to accuse the National Assembly for negligence in their duty during screening.

Ben Bruce in his reply gave a reason why such irregularities cannot be detected by National Assembly members.
