The irony of judicial rascality

Unless you are new on this our fora, everyone
knows that I want Mama Taraba of APC to win
the 2015 election against Dairus of PDP. Even till
now, I still prefer her. As a matter of fact, I
declared her winner even while votes were still
be counted that mobile punch on Twitter used
my post as their source of information.
I had to give the above explanation so we can
read this with an open mind. Truth is truth no
matter how painted it is to look like lies. Justice
demands that we play fairly and equally.
Anything short of it is injustice.
The declaration of Aisha as winner of the Taraba
State election is the height of judicial rascality. It
shows how enmeshed the judiciary is in corrupt
practices and at the hands of the executive. If
we have never been raped democratically in our
senses before, the Taraba judges just did. The
scenario is the best description of travesty of
justices and abortion of fair hearing.
In law, you don't give what the respondent do
not ask for neither do judgment supercede the
constitution, no matter how brilliant it is, talk less
of a poor one like the one just given.
When has it become a matter of concern for
courts and judges to interfere in party primaries
when the party members did not bring it before
them? When did the courts now become political
parties to determine who stands in election? This
is what just happened, where Aisha came with a
demand that ELECTION BE CANCELLED AND
FRESH ONE DECLARED or THE VOTES BE
COUNTED AGAIN.
The busybody judges probablu acting on
instructions from Aso Villa (who else who
manipulate them) decided to jump the two
demands and delved into internal issues of PDP
that was not brought before them. What a case
of crying when there is no single bereaved
individual. Ironically the case of Benue Governor,
Ortom that is being challenged by an APC
governorship aspirant was not annulled but he
was declared as validly elected.
Aisha as it stands CANNOT be declared governor
no matter the decision of the unlearned judges.
Are they unaware of the constitution on matters
of party issues which they based their ruling on;
that the candidate who scored 2nd can't even be
declared winner but election to be conducted?
Wherefore did they invent their judgment from?
For those who don't know, Okowa is only lucky
to be governor today because the presidency
and APC National party didn't find a candidate to
replace Emerhor and not because of any bribe to
the judges. This is even when it's clear that he
won the election and even in his weakest
political moments will still win; yet judgment was
already written. Okowa knows the terms of that
victory. Before the judgment, I sent a
presidential source message to Okowa's closest
commissioner and another aide what the
decision will be and why it will be and it came
out that way. We cannot keep silent that
judgments are now being influenced albeit
silently.
Why are judgments from tribunals moved to
Abuja always declaring APC winners?
